1. Who we are

LiquidoDocs is a service for technical document management, designed with ethics, sustainability and simplicity in mind. Our goal is to provide practical, transparent tools that respect personal data.

2. Data collected

During registration we only collect the strictly necessary data:

First name
Last name
Email
Password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
Company name (optional)

If you choose to create a company, we also store:

Company name
User who created the company (owner)
Roles assigned to users (IT, Purchasing, User, etc.)

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively for:

Secure login and multi‑user features
Administration of company accounts
Support, operational communications and service improvements

4. Data retention

Data is stored only on servers controlled by LiquidoDocs. We do not use profiling cookies or third‑party cookies. All assets (fonts, icons, JS/CSS libraries) are served directly by the LiquidoDocs server and not from external CDNs. We do not track users’ IP addresses nor collect browsing data for commercial or advertising purposes. Data is retained while the account is active and is deleted upon request or account closure. Data can be exported or deleted on request, in compliance with the GDPR.

5. Security

Passwords are always stored securely using robust hashing algorithms. Access is managed through secure tokens with limited duration. Data is never shared with external parties or partners.

6. User rights

At any time you can request:

Access to your data
Rectification or erasure
Portability in a readable format

7. Third‑party services

Analytics activities take place only via external platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit, exclusively through their official dashboards. We do not use any tracking code (such as Google Analytics or social pixels) on the LiquidoDocs website and we do not share personal data with these services.

8. Cookie policy

The LiquidoDocs website does not use profiling cookies or third‑party cookies. The LiquidoDocs website operates without storing data on the user’s device, except for any strictly necessary technical cookies that may be required in the future for the reserved area and login to function. For this reason, no cookie banner is displayed.
